Marshall S. Yablon is a Principal and Chairman of Diversified Health Resources, Inc.
Mr. Yablon has more than twenty-five years of experience in hospital administration, strategic planning and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning for health care institutions.
Mr. Yablon has developed strategic plans for multi-hospital systems, community hospitals, and nationally known medical centers. These plans include product line development, pro forma demand for services, physician usage patterns, and financial implications of proposed capital projects.

He has also provided consultation to boards of directors, investment bankers, and venture capital funds seeking to acquire health care organizations and businesses.
Mr. Yablon has assisted hospitals in securing tax-exempt financing and has worked with banks and other lending institutions to establish plans for financing hundreds of millions of dollars in health care projects.
Before co-founding Diversified Health Resources, Mr. Yablon served as a senior executive of the Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago, and the Maimonides Medical Center, New York City.
Mr. Yablon served as a Preceptor of the University of Chicago and of the Northwestern University M.B.A. programs in Hospital Administration. He was a member of the Chicago Hospital Council–American Institute of Architects Joint Committee on Hospital Standards and the Illinois Hospital Association Council on Hospital Planning.
Mr. Yablon received a B.A. from New York University and an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from the George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Hospital Association, and the Illinois Hospital Association.
